Pets are not allowed. Unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your reservation.

Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved in advance. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
- Please treat the property with respect and care, as if it were your own. Dishes, cookware, and appliances used should be put into the dishwasher before departure. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Guest will need to pay extra cleaning costs (or replacement costs) required to remove stains from sheets, pillows, towels, mattresses and duvets left by guests (or their invitees) or due to additional unapproved guests. Please don't use towels to remove make-up.
🛠️ Damage or Issues
If something breaks or isn’t working properly, please let us know right away—we’re happy to fix it. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
🗝️ Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not listed in the reservation.
👤 Guest Verification
We may request identity verification prior to or upon arrival for safety and security reasons. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
🛑 No third party booking:
The person who books must be the person staying at the property. Bookings made on behalf of others are not allowed.
🚮 Trash & Recycling:
Please help us by sorting recyclables and waste. Two bins are located in the kitchen under the stove cabinet. Use the council bins located at the front of the property.
🗓️ Rubbish Collection: Tuesday Morning
If staying Monday night, kindly place the recycling bin on the kerbside. Only put out the rubbish bin if it is full—otherwise, leave it where it is.
🚫 Illegal Substances
If guests are suspected of possessing or using illegal drugs, local authorities will be contacted. Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.
🚫 Furniture
Please do not rearrange furniture during your stay. This helps us maintain the layout and avoid damage.
